"I texted the office because I needed help understanding why my premium went up. Jordan called me right away and did a deep dive into my insurance history, driving habits, etc. He took the time to answer questions and patiently explained that premiums have gone up for everyone due to increased costs for claims, which is due to cars costing so much more than a few years ago. He was able to find a way to save me a little money."
